2. Download and complete Student Behavior Agreement & Registration Form.
3. Return registration form to your child's teacher with check payable to Mead PTSA attn: Megan Andrews and Heidi Lewis. If payment is a hardship for your family please contact Megan or Heidi (megandrews@comcast.net, heidimaren@yahoo.com) to check on scholarship availability.
