Special Needs Ladder of Support

The Ladder of Support is used when you have a question about your child's prgoram and need to talk with someone on your child's team. You always start with #1 on the Ladder (your child's special education and/or general teacher and /or therapist) and work your way up the ladder, if you don't get answers/resolution to your question or problem. If your issue gets resolved, you do not have to continue up the ladder so you might never go beyond #1.

LADDER OF SUPPORT FOR MEAD:

1. Special education teacher, general education teacher and/or student's school therapist (OT, PT, SLP)

2. School Principal: Shawna Rothaus, srothaus@lwsd.org or 425-868-0760
